Desire HD rendered unusable. Seeking assistance.

After reading that HTC ditched plans to offer an update for the Desire HD, I decided to take matters into my own hands. Despite my technical ability being sadly lacking, I attempted to update it myself with a rom and Advanced Ace Hack Kit (AAHK). I thought I'd followed the instructions to the letter, but unfortunately I was left with an unusable phone.

The phone occasionally loads up the AAHK screen, but not for very long, eventually changing to a black screen with the soft key backlight switched on.
I was hoping somebody here would be kind and clever enough to help me get back to a working phone. I've learnt my lesson.

I think you will find better help at XDA on this matter, alternativly you could try diffrent custom system

See this thread. Glevitan and I have been testing the script for s-off. Its not ready yet but you can root via this method and flash a sense based rom via 4ext recovery in the mean time

As long as your pc recognized your phone under adb devices you can easily fix this. If you need help don't be shy.
