Desire HTC 320 App Compatibility with Sony Sideview App

Hi all,
does anyone have any experience with the app compatibility checker for this app:

It's the Sony Sideview app that should allow me to control my Bravia TV from my phone. However, Google Play store says it is not compatible with my device.

Sony say any Android device above 4.1 should be good. My phone is on 4.4.2

The compatibility checker gives a weird result thought - in the list of devices, it does NOT show the Desire 320, it shows the Bravia 2015 TV as being unavailable.

This seems to be a problem with the compatibility checker, but I'm very new to android, so I need some help to try and figure out what I can do about this.
