As the title implies, Developer/Google Play Edition or skinned? Which is your flavor

I am on Verizon and their contract devices are usually skinned. So I just buy the skinned version. I don't really need a lot of the fancy stuff right now in my Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note 3, so if I could get an un skinned version on contract, I probably would since it's wouldn't have all the overhead that touchwiz has.

I am currently using an M8 from AT&T. Been almost a year since using a skinned version of Android, and I am reminded why I don't like it.
