Developer options gone with 4.2?

Noticed that this isn't under settings anymore? Did they remove all those settings with 4.2? Not that i really used them.. Just curious and my apologies if this has already been addressed.

It's kind of silly, but, go to Settings - About phone - then tap Build Number seven times (seems like there should be some magic words or something, but there are not) and the device will tell you that you are now a developer. The develop options will be accessible in Settings.
