Developer Options?

I got the nougat OTA update and noticed "developer options" in the settings. I haven't seen anyone mention this. Can someone clue me in although I doubt it applies to me. I'm no developer.

You opted into the developer preview right... So you could get Nougat?

Ohhhh. (The light dawns.) I got impatient. But i got the OTA update to make it official today. Thanks!
