Developer Options

I keep finding developer options continuously turned back on when I turn them off? Could someone be turning them on remotely, sms, simple phone call, etc. I have zmx pro and it's not rooted. Please help.

I have heard of them being found switched on for no obvious reason, though I don't know why that might happen. Who better to ask than the developers?
I'll move the thread in their direction.
