This should be interesting. I hope developers have some customer service skills before responding though. One nasty response & they could lose a lot of potential customers.

This is good. I see many dumb reviews from people expecting features not promised in the app. That could turn off new users so this can only be good.

The best part of this is that devs can directly address a complaint that might be misguided. I can't tell you how many reviews I've read about an app not working right that turns out to be a user misunderstanding.
