Development of App's

I would like to know how are Apps controlled / released to the public if developed by 3rd party developers?

I.e if i develop and app and want people to use it for free or for a fee, how is this controlled?

The best and most supported way to do this would be to publish your application with Google Play Store, Amazon, Get Jar & Slide Me. They are the sites/services which we support because they give due credit to the developers and provide a safe and secure download & transactions (for paid apps) for the consumers.
