"Device Health" in HTC M8 T-Mobile Account (this normal)

Is this normal for the device health in the T-Mobile account? The bar is only 2/3 of the way full on a new phone.

(Also, is chrome a resource hog?)

Yeah, it's fine mine is also like that. Chrome is kinda a resource hog, but it runs pretty damn good to where I don't mind. The stock browser is also pretty smooth, if u don't like chrome.
