Device Health Services app

There is an app by the name in the title, but it is not in the app drawer so it must not be user accessible. What I was trying to find was an app like Samsung's Device Maintenance, LG's Smart Cleaning or HTC's Boost +. Do I assume correctly then that Google automatically optimizes the phone with no user intervention needed unlike on other phones? I can't find anything in settings either unless I missed something.

The app you're referencing has to do with the battery health/life and is across Android 8.0 or higher, I believe.

I think Google Files Go is best for system cleaning. It's simple and efficient.
