Device Maintenance alert every day same app

com.google.android.music:main

Gets reported, every day as overloading the system, but a Device Maintenance alert notification. Today, it was consuming 14% of the CPU.
I do use Google Play Music, nearly daily, but it has been closed when the alert has been received.
Application Inspector does not identify a related app as being recently used.

A Google search showed others with issues and they relate the app name to Google Play Music, but their issues were battery drain. I don't notice excessive battery drain, just this CPU overload alert.

I'm going to clear data for GPM and see if that helps.

Are there any ideas or advice on this issue, from you guys?

No. Not one app.

Every time I check Device Maintenance, the first screen states that the phone needs to be "optimized". Usually, it's not below 85% and I don't think I've ever seen it below 72%.

Is that just a gimmick or does it mean something real?

ETA, I just went to the Device Maintenance area, just for a look see, after posting the advice, without receiving an alert, this time, but there was an alert inside that area, reporting that Amazon Music app was running and straining battery. I cannot recall the last time I used Amazon Music. Go figure.....
