Android Central Question

So this happened awhile ago. I downloaded Odin and the USB Driver, but it still won't work. I am assuming it is because my USB debugging isn't on. But since I can't get into my device, there is nothing I can do about it. So my question is, is there anyway I can bypass this? I have tried all the button combinations. I am able to get the tablet into download mode. I am able to get it into Safemode but it just sits on the 'Device memory damaged' screen while in safe mode. I have looked everywhere online and I can't find anything, I am hoping someone can please please help me!! I'm not worried about saving anything on the tablet, I'd just love for it to work at all lol. Thanks to everyone in advance!!

Welcome to Android Central! That error message would suggest an actual hardware failure with the memory chips. There may not be much you can do about that. Good luck!
