Download Kies from the samsung website
If that still doesnt work. Click on "android" in you Comp manager and select drivers and update.

I did what you have told me but still not work. my laptop is HP Probook 4530s. still driver not found.

Well drivers can be tricky.
You can choose manually if you can find them inside your kies folder.
I have had issues in the past as well. Also make sure you antivirus program allows the phone to communicate

Be alittle more specific.... You lost me
