Have you tried a different input/cable? Color tints usually signal a connection issue (either a loose/faulty cable or a broken connector). Have you tried the same cable/input on a different phone or the same phone on a different TV/monitor?
When you face Green tint issue, Try to end the Dex app process. I see dex process is running background . After killing dex process and reconnect the mobile and open the dex app. It worked for me.
