DI01 Update

I still can't get this update to load. It downloads, and then appears to go through the update process, but fails out with this:
"Update failed or incomplete. reason: IP_PREVIOUS_UPDATE_FAILED"......WTF?!

anybody have any ideas?

not really sure which update that is nor your phone config. But, I have heard that the updates only work over 3G and not over WiFi.

Same here. I guess we just have to wait for the froyo update.

Is your phone rooted? Did you delete any of the .apk's? The update file may be corrupted. Delete it and try to download it again.

If you have CWM installed, you can use the unsigned update I posted here..

It's the full update, just unsigned. There's some info in that thread about the .apk files it checks for, if you've moved them or renamed them it will fail.

That would be it them, some of the .apk files had been removed. Will the above unsigned file work or will that still fail cause of the removed .apk files?

Mine has said that it failed every update since the day I got it....but when I recheck for updates immediately it says that none are available. Honestly I have no idea if it has been updated or not.
