Dialpad Question

I have one specific number that when dialed it automatically loads the dial/number pad. I can't recal how I set it up thus I am seeking help.

I have another number (google voice) where I would like to have the dial/number pad automatically switched to when the number is dialed.

How do I set this?

Ahh, thats how, but it only seems for one number at a time even next to the drop down arrow says "Entered Custom Numbers".

Does that happen on yours? My phone is unrooted and stock dialpad.
