Did anyone else wake up to a full page ad on screen this a.m.?

I woke up this morning and there was a full page ad on my screen. I don't even know what program it was. I hit back and I was back in my email, which had nothing to do with the ad. This has never happened. It was like a screensaver. Just yesterday I opted out of that new thing on the Verizon terms page that says they can target ads at you based on your browsing and location. It's ironic that I'd get an ad only after doing that. Anyone else?
