Did anyone get the 6P and then decide later on the 5X?

I did the opposite. 5X to 6P. I should have got the 6P in the first place.

The size of the 5X is probably handier for most people, but I didn't go that route because it maxes out at 32GB and also has 2GB of RAM instead of 3. I like what Apple does in making the 2 sizes of their phones nearly equivalent spec wise. Most other manufactures tend to water down the smaller variant.

My wife has the 32GB Ice Blue 5x and I got the Aluminum 6p 32GB. The 5x is a nice phone. Solid build. The screen has a noticble ghosting to it though compared to the 6p when scrolling rapidly.

I too wrestled with this one. I ended up making 2 mock up's, and you can see from the attached images, the 6P is just a bit bigger.

Don't plan on a lot of savings size wise. Maybe 8% difference

That said, I'm not sure its my cup of tea coming from an Iphone 5S, but we'll see.

It does take some getting used to, and I still haven't actually carried it yet.

FYI, the 6P is under the cardboard on the left, under the 5x template. Left and lower edges are aligned flush, that's how much bigger, the 6P is.

That will be the test is if you can actually carry it around for work.
