Did anyone notice a slight slow down WIFI connections with September update?

After the September Pie update, I noticed a slow down with scrolling through my screen, a slight jitter. My Wifi took for ever to connect after I turned it off and the darn battery started to lose % really quick. Almost 30% in one hour with the phone in stand by mode. Very troubling.

I am however glad to report after a backup and factory reset all seems to be back to normal.

I've only lost 27% all day after 4 hours of usage and the last charge was over 13 hours ago.

I don't use WiFi but could turn it on and test this.

Sitting outside about 30 feet away from the router and thru walls, hardly any diff from inside.
