Did anyone pre-order from Sams and get the VR request approved?

Like the title says, did you pre-order from Sams Club, and get your VR request approved? I submitted mine on the 22'nd, and just got an e-mail saying I was outside of the purchase window. I pre-ordered on the 9'th. If you got yours through, what did you submit a picture of? I submitted the receipt from when I picked up the phone on the 21'st. Should I use a copy of the e-mail stating my phone was reserved? I'm trying to avoid having to call Samsung. Thanks.

Mine says approved but no email or shipping info. I sent a picture of the invoice that was in the box with my phone from ART.
