Did AT&T stop throttling unlimited data customers?

I am well past my 5GB limit on my unlimited data plan and I still have full internet speed. I'm at 5.73GB and there is no throttling. In the past, as soon as I got close to my data cap my speeds would slow to 0.5 Mnps. Right now I'm still getting 20 Mbps speeds. Anyone else notice this?

I know they got sued -- I don't know if they actually stopped.

I recently received a message from AT&T saying my data will be throttled once I exceed 5gb of data usage.

I'm at 7gb right now and they haven't throttled me yet. They always have throttled me before right after 5gb religiously. Maybe T-mobile are taking away a lot of their customers. I'm also on the brink of switching, if the throttling has stopped im staying.
