Did I get an update?

I was at the gym and at the end of my work out I look at my GN and notice a warning not to shut off with a big Android guy. When I got home it was gone and everything was normal. Was there an update?

Go to settings and about phone and see what version of Android you are running. I checked and there is no update. I'm on 4.0.2
