Did I really just get Banned from the Google+ Community?

Hey not sure what happened, but it seems that I was removed from the Google Plus community after sharing a post about joining the Dash Smart Driving Community. I find this odd so can anyone out there explain as I am confused.

The community is for fellow Android users using the Dash App to talk about their experience and I especially find it relevant as this is an Android first app only currently available on Android.
