did not receive nexus 4 update

I'm in India ... when would I received the update for kitkat .. please reply ... should I need to do any sort of thing to make the ota thing available for me ?

As long as your device is still stock or rooted without any of the stock /system/apps removed then you should receive the notification when its your time.
