I am thankful to Sprint for being the first in line for the Lollipop update. But I wonder if it is a SPRINT or Samsung issue that we don't have all the goodies of Lollipop in this update.

While I do understand that the Face unlock was never part of the Note 4 to begin with. I would expect the Guest mode, and the Screen pinning to be part of Lollipop on the Note 4 (Unless I am missing how to activate these features, since I had to dig to activate the Smart-lock feature).

P.S. To activate the Smart-Lock you have to go into Setting>Security>Trusted Agents. And activate it from there.

Also? Hello? My "Ok Google" always on is broken after the update.... I used that all the time!

I'm irritated with the same issues Nitro.

Trusted Agents is grayed out for me. Along with "always on" in Google Now settings..

You're phone has to have more security on it, i.e. password or fingerprint for you to use the Trusted agents.

for what it's worth....I have noticed that the "OK Google" is a hit and miss (~80%) when the screen is off, but it works 100% of the time in any other situation, i.e. inside other apps and on while in the browser etc..
