Did you cancel your Incredible order to get the Motorola X?

Did you take advantage of Verizon's offer to cancel your HTC Incredible order at no cost to get the Motorola X?

Not me! I decided the small form factor is more important. I'm confident I made the right decision & once the Dinc gets Froyo, I'll be happy as a pig in $h1t!

I did not cancel and now have my incredible, had it for about a week.The last motorola's I had where lemons so I wanted to stick it out with HTC plus the X is bigger then what I wanted .From what I seen so far(on reviews) I am glad I did not switch .
VZW emailed me last weekend and said also I do have an upgrade due if I wanted to but passing up on the D-X.

I inherently want the newest thing out.....and I am willing to bet money that the x will have better battery life, but I think that it is just to big for my pocket (judging from the evo).
Also the MOTO blur integration does not interest me since I do not do any social net working (other than phone forums)

No, but I'm sort of of on the fence. I do not want the X over the Dinc,but I'd like to have a phone I can actually have in my hands. I'm currently waiting it out. Next week is the homestretch. The X just doesnt appeal to me lookswise. But if for some reason i'm not able to receive my device next week, I may in fact opt for a device I can actually get. It will be my first Android powered device and I just can't wait.

I am switching I've gone they 3 in 2 months I am not a fan of the size but I do like that it has a camera button and it doesn't have sense so ill probably get updates faster...well see cuz ill have them both side by side so I'll be able to decide

I'm staying with the DInc for the size. I think the DInc is the perfect size for me, and the X is just too big.

Incredible used the optical pad button to take pics....also the x has MOTO blur and who relay knows how good that will be....last why does it matter when you get a update....my phone is awesome without a update.....why would you buy a phone and want to immediately have a update?

I did cancel my order for the Incredible for the X. By the time I would have gotten my shipment the Droid X will already be out, so I opted to cancel and get the X on launch day after having some hands on time with the Droid X as well as the Incredible.

Both are great phones, I just feel more comfortable with the X. Though I do wish HTC would release some of the Sense style widgets for other Android devices, I'd pay for them even. But I doubt they'll do it.

I am switching from the Moto Droid to the Incredible. I have been told by a lot of people to wait for the Droid X, but honestly. Why pay $600 for the Droid X when I can take advantage of the Incredible dropping in price from everyone ditching their Incredibles.

I like the rounder designs over Motos Industrial design anyway

Well, I gave in and got the Moto-X. Kind of ironic since I was hoping others would do the same so I could get my Incredible sooner.

I think that a lot of prop who stuck with their Incredible orders are going to be very happy when the latest update is pushed out. It is supposed to be a monster. That with Sense UI will make the Incredible a more attractive device to own. Not only that, but there won't be any issues to root your phone either.

.. and also the waiting list for the DX is almost the same now .I saw it on vzw website this AM that if ordered today the DX will ship out 7/27 as for the incredible it would be 8/3

Even if I wasn't 100% happy with my Dinc I would not be able to afford a MOTO X. I checked with a tailor and he said the cost of enlarging all my pants and jacket pockets so I could carry the behemoth would cost a fortune!

I was at the Verizon Store yesterday with my DInc.
Out of curiosity I asked to look at an X.
It was so large that I just laughed out loud.. and so did the rep, actually.

I'm VERY happy with the Incredible.

For those who traded, I wish you nothing but luck.... and very large hands...
