I haven't really tested them yet but mine are made in Vietnam. I don't think the ones I got are the H3.

In India the headphones do come along in a separate box that is packed along with the phone.

I got my V20 the other day from NCIX Canada, and I got these B&0 headphones with it. Are these the same ones you guys got with the promotion?

Yes these are the same that we got at least in India.

The ones we got with the promo says "designed in Germany made in China" so I was like "they gave us the cheap ones" but they still sound pretty good.

If you have the H3 ones I think they're worth like $100 or something lol. anyway I just tried mine, they sound pretty damn good as far as I'm concerned. Quad dac doesn't hurt either.

You don't get the standard, cheap headphones in the box this time.

The ones you get from LG through their promotion are of much better quality than the free ones. I believe they retail for about $150. The ones they usually included with the phone in the past were probably a $5 set. To be honest though, I would have rather had the cheap headphones and a promo for a battery + charger and memory card like LG has offered in the past. But hey, just sell the headphones and use the money to buy them =)

You can buy them off ebay now for $60 or less. I haven't even opened my box yet, but I guess I will now that they are selling so cheap. Will keep them as a spare.

Dont forget alot of the non-USA phones also got the B&O branding on the phone, and I think some special B&O software tuning. Why they could not keep that for USA is puzzling and makes no sense.

I just got my free B&O earphones 2 days ago. I am going to wait a month or two before I sell them on Ebay. I think once the promotion has expired for awhile the prices will go back up again. It is all about supply and demand. The supply is higher now because of the promotion. I already have some high quality earphones that I use...
