Pics I take with the camera end up in two different directories on my card. Sometimes the same picture to both places. What is going on?

Sdcard0 is built in user memory and sdcard1 is removable memory.

You can change a setting in the camera app so that your pictures always store on the external sdcard (sdcard1). In the camera app tap the main settings, looks like a gear, then storage location, then SD card.
I don't know why your camera would save them to both locations.

From what I can tell most of the pictures on both locations are from the front facing camera. But not exclusively. Very strange.

If you selected to store images on the external (removable) sd card, the camera will save pictures there, and also a thumbnail version on the internal sd card.

If you ever get your removable sd card corrupted, like it happened to me a few times, and you didn't have a chance to backup the last pictures you took, at least you get those low res pics. Better than nothing.

3 camera folders. Pics all taken in the last 3 days. Bottom right camera folder pic didn't go to the other 2 folders. And vice versa.

I use quickpic as well and love it too. I am glad I saw this thread and was able to move all of my images to my SD card. Anything that saves room on the phone is a plus.
