Difference between alpha and s4

I believe the S4 has the better screen but the Alpha is faster and has more internal storage unless you can find one of the 32GB S4s. The S4 supports SD cards while the Alpha does not.

I have an S4 and a new Alpha... now i love the quality build and size of the Alpha...main reason i purchased this Alpha due to its looks.It is faster than my S4 ..the screen resolution s4 1080p to the 720p on the alpha ...now its barely noticeable if im gonna be truthful so for the basic user you would not really tell. The only big issue i have with my alpha is the speaker and mic.......now on the S4 its superb ...load and sounds really good...on the alpha it comes across not as loud and slightly tinny....also the mic on the alpha is not a scratch on the S4 specially noticeable using social media apps like watsapp voice chat...i can barely hear what ive said on the alpha and sound mono... where as on my s4 its superbly loud and sounds right... not sure if its because theyve positioned the speaker on the alpha at the bottom instead of the back on the s4s unless its a software or hardware problem... running on 4.4.4kitkat. but other than that the alpha is a superb handset right size...feels good and one hand useage is not a problem... hope this helps..

It's because you have (guessing) the tinny audio in AT&T 850a.
850M is even louder and fuller than S4 and you can hear reverb and details-big surprise when I got mine.
850M is an International Unlocked Alpha made for North and South America and Carribean- great LTE and 3G Bands for Tmo/ Metro PCS and others and excellent audio- even the speaker.Loud and full.
Alpha much more rugged than S4 .
Camera on Alpha is like an S5 on 12 megapixel mode so S4 might win the Camera though especially in lower light.
S4 is still a pretty good Camera and a good phone for it's age.
