I would imagine it is. Though, would still recommend you find a digitizer (if that's what you need) suitable for your model S3. You don't want to have problems then not be able to return it.

The phones are the same dimension, but that is a good question. I replaced my screen twice on my S3 but I got it from the same place and it was labeled specifically for AT&T.
