Different camera albums/folders

Lately my main folder has been very crowded with a lot of camera shots.

Is there a way to create a new folder and designate all future pictures/videos to go there instead because having all of the camera photos/videos in just one folder.

Is it possible to create new folders with an app in the playstore?,I have a lot of camera shots and if I can organize them on my phone, it would help a lot.

i just connect to computer for a few minutes a day and drag the shots i've taken that day out of ALL PHOTOS Folder & into Folders i made on phone: ie: PETS, FAMILY, TRUCKS, ELECTRONICS, HOUSE, VIDEOS, MISC & Meeeeee : )

Its not really a pain, just part of my "digital housekeeping" routine when i check emails & such...

I read a few months back ago there is a photo organizer app in the works that will digital recognition & will sort your pics by subject likeness, but its not available yet...

All you have to do is create other folders in the root dir - and copy your photos in there from the DCIM folder (where all the camera shots go by default).

You can either do that by connecting your device to a computer - and just using your computer to create the folders and move files, or install a file manager app and just do it right on the One X. I use an app called File Manager, it works great.
