Hi everyone,
I have a Samsung Galaxy S Vibrant and most of the time I connect it with the usb port and then select the media device mode, Windows recognize the device with a different name! For example :
b1086bd8-2908-48c7-aa69-....
Then I rename the device with a more usable name, unplug and replug it and about 1 time on 5, the phone is correctly identified but most of the time it is identified with a weird string.
The main problem is when I try to sync MP3 files with Songbird... since the device is always seen as a different device, Songbird will wipe the entire database and re-sync all files!
Anyone experienced this issue?
Regards,
Simon
