digital copy transfer

am i able to transfer a digital copy dvd that i get when i buy a blu-ray onto my vibrant, i tried kick-ass which was in .wmv format but i got an error with act 1 player and i just transferred zombieland onto my pc but that ends up playing from a link. do i need to go about getting the movie i want by other means or am i just doing something wrong?

Well after doing some research, the answer is digital copy's that are "DRM" will not play on our handset. There are a few players that some say will play them
rockplayer for one.
There are other solutions just do a search on DRM
