Digitizer damaged?

Dropped my s7 to the floor. Screen not cracked but now I have a multicoloured line from top to bottom on the left side. What is damaged?

Welcome to Android Central. You pretty much answered your own question. Its impossible to troubleshoot hardware problems over the internet, but fairly safe to say the screen is gone. Could be motherboard, broken connection, digitizer, or something else.
