Dinc2 how to root 2.3.4 Software # 6.01.605.05 710RD

Hello I received my replacement Dinc2 yesterday and the one i had before i had no problem rooting and flashing ROMs but this 2.3.4 i cant figure it out. I guess everyone is just downgrading to 2.3.3 then rooting but EVERYTHING i found on the web says that the steps or video dont work for 2.3.4 with my software #. so i have no idea what to do. I saw someones post who said about trying the tacoroot method but i still couldnt figure it out. can someone pleaseeeee help me i cant stand not having cm7. Thanks in advance. Im sure this is gonna be a question that is gonna be asked alot now that the new software #s are comming out. whatever the hell that means. Hopefully someone can help me wit out making me feel like a total noob.

I'm having the same issue on my daughters DInc. Cant find a way to downgrade Hboot.
