Dirty Flash Question

I want to reflash Beans 11 so I can change something in the aroma installer is it okay to dirty flash or should I do a full wipe?

Dirty flash should be fine
But make a back up just incase

Thanks. I'll try it if I need to but my issue seems to have cleared itself up. I chose the Sense style recents during my original install and when using it to switch between apps it kept freezing and causing the system UI to force close. I figured I would reflash and go back to the stock recents which worked perfectly fine for me in build 10. After I did a nandroid backup I rebooted and the force closing seems to have stopped for now.

did you dirty flash and wipe cache and dalvik cache, or did you just flash ?

I did a full wipe when I went from build 10 to build 11.

Even when you do a system wipe you still need to wipe cache and dalvik as they are on seperate partitions.

That's what I did. I probably should have been more specific. Just so I'm clear though, Dirty flashing refers to not doing a factory reset but still wiping cache and dalvik? If so then I'm glad I waited because I was under the impression it meant not doing any of the 3 and just flashing.

Yeah just refers to data.
