Disable phone while tethered/wireless hotspot?

Is it possible to send all calls to VM when tethered or when wireless hotspot is on? It's not a really big deal but it's annoying to drop your internet right in the middle of something because someone calls you.

Sprint might have some call ignore service or something, I'm not sure. As far as the phone itself, no.

Under settings - phone - DDTM mode - maybe that could be a starting point.

I suppose I should mention that I am running CM6, I don't see DDTM mode in any of the settings.
