Right... I'm having a bit of trouble with the Samsung keyboard.

I swear by Swiftkey, but for some reason my settings wont stick. Whenever I set Swiftkey as default it will stay as such for a while... Until I leave my phone for some time. When I then write a message or answer one, the keyboard has been reset to Samsungs default keyboard.

Now, I'm rooted. I've been thinking about disabling the Samsung keyboard, but is this a baaaaad idea? Will it have devastating effect on my phone?

I'm thinking with the Samsung keyboard disabled, Swiftkey should then be allowed to do its thing without problems, or am I in the wrong?

I'm the same way with my S5. It's annoying.

Ok, so I'm not the most patient bugger out there... :p

I froze samsung keyboard using Titanium Backup, so far so good.

Swiftkey shows up every single time now, just as I wanted it to.
