AC Question

When taking a screenshot on my Galaxy S6, I was able to silence the "camera shutter" sound by putting my phone on vibrate, silent, or Do Not Disturb. Now, on my Galaxy S7*, it makes the shutter sound no matter what. Media volume all the way down, vibrate or silent, and even in Do Not Disturb mode, it makes a relatively loud shutter sound. This sometimes makes it sound like I'm a creep taking pictures when really it's just screenshots, and can also be quite loud for someone who is sleeping for example. The sound applies to both regular screenshots using the swipe from the left or the home-off buttons, as well as through the game center.

Any ideas? I'm willing to try just about anything except for rooting my phone; that's a hard no.

*Standard, not the Edge, in case that makes any difference.

Thanks in advance to anyone who takes the time to read this and try to help!
