Disable suggested apps

Sure, do a "long press" on an icon and choose a popup menu option.

Android Long Press = Windows Right-Click

Touch and hold on your homescreen wall paper and in the lower right you'll see Home Settings. Tap that and you'll get a list of toggles. One toggle is "display app suggestions." I hate it so I have it turned off.

Is there any way to do this in an s9? Those instructions don't seem to work on an s9. There doesn't seem to be a display app suggestions toggle in the home settings anymore.
