Disable T-Mobile Visual Voicemail?

Anyone get the stock Voicemail app to successfully download a message? It keeps saying retrieving message, but nothing happens. The T-Mobile app downloads it fine. I even tried disabling the T-Mobile app with Package Diabler, no luck.
