You'll probably have to reflash the ROM, unless you can find a GAPPs package for your phone.

(Unless you mean it's on the Disabled list in Application manager - then just tap the Enable button.)

I don't have that option to enable it. I don't understand your suggestion or how to do that regarding the Rom.
