Disabling notification light?

Hi does anybody know how to disable the notification light on the 10.

It is cool in daytime but at nightime it really is annoying, have to put my phone face down to get around it..

I was wondering the same thing and never could find a solution other than to put the phone face down. or maybe black electrical tape? Lol.
The flashing used to annoy me at first now it has become a non issue. I agree tho that there should be a way to kill it. Have you checked the play store for a possible 3rd party solution?

Do these actually work for you? Unchecking/disabling does nothing for me. I still get the blinking light, not a big deal as I've learned to live with it.

I don't understand why but there are two settings for light notifications under settings. One is called Flash LED for Notifications (notifications when screen is on or off) and the other is Manage LED Notification. Try it out and see.

I haven't tried it yet myself since most all of my notifications are sent to my Pebble Time watch instead so a I rarely see the LED notifications on my phone. It makes sense that turning off these settings should do it.

Yeah, one just gives the option to have it work always or just when screen is off. The other actually has a selection of check boxes, but does nothing on my 10. Was annoying to me at first then I stopped caring. I like the lite anyway, just not in a dark room at night, but even so it's ok now. No idea why it doesn't work. Maybe the OP will have better luck with it.
