Quick question.

Right now I can get into one of those payment plans things with a phone and get a $25 line discount. So I'd figure I get another device, get the discount then go back to my Nexus 6p. Does that discount still apply or will that discount be removed once I go back to my 6P?

If you're on a More Everything plan , then you can get a $25 line access discount without getting a new phone. You'll need to call and ask for the Out of contract discount. It's not automatically applied, and they removed the ability to add it online. I did it with no problem when I paid off a phone on my ME plan. If a device payment plan is active on a line, it will get the discount even if you reactivate an old phone on it.

The current "Verizon Plan" did away with the line access discount all together. So if you move to that plan, expect a small increase to a flat $20 line access charge instead of $15 after the discount.
