What do you use to discover new and interesting apps?

Does anyone use app-a-day sort of apps that promote apps gone free?

I just look for stuff when I need it and then I find all sorts of neat stuff.

There's the GetJar thing where you can earn "gold" which I think you can use to buy paid apps. You have to try the apps they suggest but they do have good ones.

And of course Amazon's app of the day. I already feel like I install too much so I don't usually intentionally look for new stuff unless I need something in particular. :)

I know what you mean but sometimes you don't know what you need until you see it.
Using this: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/apps-gone-free-best-daily/id470693788?at=10l3Vy I discovered so many cool apps and games like Little Wings, CSR Rating, etc.. So sometimes apps are buried in search results. Unless the app you want is not on top 5 or so, rest of them seem to be ordered randomly, and a lot of games/apps become more popular after they are posted on these apps or when they are free for a limited time.
