Android Central Question
Hello!
I know that Google Play Services always has a few services running on my Galaxy A50 (GcmService, LockScreenService, LocationService and so on) and I'm OK with it. But does anyone know what the service called DiscoveryService is responsible for? It launches infrequently (about once every few days), for a couple of minutes, and, when completed, leaves behind in RAM a lot of apps running briefly in the background (as a rule, this is everything that is developed by Google - Maps, TTS, YouTube). Perhaps it has something to do with finding their updates in the Play Store? If anything, I have auto-update enabled.
Thank you in advance.
