Two additional problems since pie:

1. Poor battery life.

2. In contacts, the alpha listing only pops up once you start to scroll down and I can't select a letter without using the pen.

Where are you in the return/refund process?

Battery life seems the same for me, hopefully it gets better for you.

I have fat fingers, I don't have that problem, I mean, it's the same as before, it's easier with the pen, but I can still use my fingers.

Maybe the you dislike the update so much that it feels like the phone is useless for you now. It's sad because the Note 9 it's still a great phone.

Weren't you going to return or exchange it?
