disgusted with verizon

Bad pixal on galaxy3.only owned since aug24.verizon was going To replace phone..but couldnt figure out how to do it because it was purchased at wAlmart.not going to accept a used phone that probably has more problems than mine.phone is constantly freezing up also.will this pixal cause other problems and how can i speed up my phone and stop it from freezing up.any certain things that are causing this issue ..please help.also i seem to be having problems retrieving pics and video from my phone..thanks for listening and hopefully someone hears my whining..

First of all, a refurbished phone isn't always bad! It can't be any worse and if it is keep taking it back till you get a good one! If your phone keeps freezing try a factory reset, might just be a bad file on your phone that can be fixed by a clean install!

That's why I only buy from vzw stores or online. The dead pixel not going to hurt anything.

Exactly, if you want customer service from Verizon, you gotta buy your phone directly from them! Otherwise you're to go to whoever sold you the phone, in this case Wal-Mart and they are your contact for customer support! Why I never buy from anyone other than Verizon!
