How do I disable disk drive mode? Its a new phone and it doesn't even have an SD card. I can't take pictures or download music (which my old incredible 2 did without SD card). I don't see options for it anywhere. I have looked through every section of my settings. Changing pc settings doesn't help.

You want to disable or enable it? Because as far as I know, Google removed the USB Mass Storage mode from Android 4 and up... You can't enable it without rooting and installing a hack. Your phone now works as either a media device (MTP) or a camera device, and you need drivers for that, unlike the old Mass Storage mode which was a generic driver.
How do i turn off the disk drive mode on a motorola droid x?? Ive downloaded an app callrd music paradise pro and it wont let me downlaod any music without turning off the disk drive mode!

What I did is that I inserted a sd card and it worked for me, also don't charge your phone when you are downloading from the app that you mentioned.
