disk drive

I cannot get the disk drive mode to work. I've tried everything.

Can you provide some more information?

1.) Plug your phone into your computer (is it Mac or PC?)
2.) A window pops up that asks you to select the connection mode - choose Disk Drive.
3.) If it's a Mac you will see a new icon on your desktop that says No Name. If it's a PC you will see a new drive under My Computer.

Which part of this isn't working?
